How do I find out my F.C. account balance?
- You can use the link in the VIP members area to request an email with your current account balance. Once you know how much of your balance you want to spend, you can request a code for online checkout or a custom invoice for the purchase you want to make.
Can I use partial credits towards a purchase?
- No, you can only redeem whole credits towards your purchases.
Can I redeem my credits for cash back?
- No, Forever Credits are store/studio credits and cannot be redeemed for cash. Store/studio credits must be used towards purchases.
Can I cancel my paid membership at any time?
- Yes, you can cancel any paid membership at any time and you will be defaulted to the free membership. Your existing Forever Credits will remain in your account until you decide to use them.
What happens to my credits if I cancel my paid membership?
- If you cancel your paid membership you will be defaulted to the free membership and your existing Forever Credits will remain in your account until you decide to use them.
If I drop down to a free membership, can I go back to a paid membership?
- Yes, you can go back to any paid membership at any time.
Can I change my membership option?
- Yes, you can change your membership option at any time by canceling your existing membership and purchasing the subscription you want going forward.
Can I cancel my Free Membership?
- Yes, you can contact Goddess Mae Boudoir and ask for your account to be deleted internally. Deleted accounts lose access to remaining Forever Credits and Rewards and cannot be restored.
How long are my Forever Credits good for?
- Credits never expire as long as you have an active membership (even a free one).
Are credits good towards any purchase? Are there any restrictions?
- Credits can be used for any purchase without restriction: boudoir sessions, clothing, events, and anything else Goddess Mae Boudoir & Boutique sells.
Can I use my paid member discount on every purchase?
- Yes, percentage discounts for paid members are good on all items, sessions, etc. No limit to how many transactions you can apply your discount to. You can even stack other rewards with your paid member discount for additional savings.
Are referral credits also Forever Credits?
- Yes. You get 2 Forever Credits for each person you refer to Goddess Mae Boudoir that becomes a client.
