Boudoir photography sessions are sexy photo sessions, generally done by women but can be done by men or couples. 

Boudoir is a French word that means "bedroom" or private dressing space. It implies an intimate experience and photos that focus on sensuality, beauty, and what makes you feel sexy. Sometimes it's lingerie, but doesn't have to be. 

It creates a special kind of confidence to embrace your body and have it photographed. 

When you are willing to face yourself, flaws and all, it gives you a chance to find your self-worth, and to raise your self esteem. 

You  walk away with the confidence of a woman who knows herself, loves herself, and embraces everything about herself. 

Any women who wants to celebrate herself! 

Most of my clients are between 30-55. They are moms and wives, working hard for themselves and their families and don't get much time to focus on themselves. 

Some of them are proud of a recent accomplishment and some are just looking for a reason to feel good about themselves again. 

Many of them are uncomfortable, self-conscious, and looking for someone to hold their hand through the process of reclaiming their self-confidence.

My most popular session is called the Queen. It includes 3 outfit looks and full hair & make up styling. 

I also offer a Mini Session option with 1 outfit look and do your own or arrange your own hair & make up styling.

Yes I shoot both couples and men. 

Contact me directly for pricing options,  as final cost depends on what you are looking for. 

Generally for couples we add $100 to the session fee if doing a Queen session, and $50 for a Mini Session. 

If you are a man looking for an individual session, contact me for a session quote that includes the number of outfit looks you want without the hair & make up styling included.

Every session includes a consultation, one over the phone and usually another one in person before your session. 

The Queen session includes hair & make up styling, the Mini Session is o your own or arrange your own. 

I'll help you plan your clothing (look through my client closet or bring your own), your hair & make up look, and what kinds of photos you want. 

When it's time for posing, I'll tell you exactly what to do (and show you) so that you get the photos you want. 

After your session, relax in the massage chair with a snack while I prepare your images to view. 

Then I'll show you the photos and help you pick out your faves (digital and printed photos are not included in your session, they are purchased separately.)

The Queen session is about 5-6 hours from start to finish (hair/make up, shooting, prep images, view & order).    

The Mini session is about 2-3 hours from start to finish (shooting, prep images, view & order).

It's important that we are on the same page leading up to your shoot. 

Plus, many ladies struggle with at least some part of planning their shoot and need some help. 

In my experience, the best outcomes happen because of good planning. 

Plus, I find that it helps my clients feel comfortable and confident heading into their photo shoot. 

I'll help you with all the planning and design, but I also created a simple guide for my clients.

I have a styling station at my home studio that is stocked with the most common items I need to create the most ask for looks. 

During your planning stage, we will talk about what look you want and if I am able to do the styling on my own or if I will be calling in another stylist (generally requests are within my skill set). 

You'll get a prep guide that let's you know how to prepare for your styling. 

On the day of your session,  once you get to the studio and settle in we can start your styling for your session.

I can help you with that, too. 

I have a small boutique store and carry lingerie in inventory at all times that you can shop and buy. 

If you don't like what I have in stock, I can order something from one of my suppliers. 

If you still aren't really getting into what I have to offer, there's a bunch of other really great online retailers and I'm always on the lookout for new brick and mortar stores that have a great selection.

I have a pretty good collection of lingerie and other clothing that we can use for your boudoir photo session. 

When we do your consultation I'll ask you what size you wear and what kind of styles or colors you like so I can pull some items out for you. 

Clothing that is borrowed is always washed between clients and I don't re-use anything that seems a bit "too intimate" such as panties. 

There are a bunch of digital and physical ways to enjoy your photos forever.

I offer beautiful, leather bound Albums in their own hard side box (also leather covering, and can even match!). 

The most popular add-on is the Tin Mini's, an accordion book with magnetic ends the size of a wallet photo and fits into a tin carry case. This is a studio exclusive. 

I also offer Wall Art and prints in a variety of sizes and finishes. 

For Digital purchases, there are low resolution and high resolution options (plus a mobile phone gallery with a password!).

Collections take albums, tin mini's and digitals and combine them for a great package with huge savings.

Depends on what you want. 

A-la-carte items start at $45. Collections start at $999. 

Most of my clients spend between $1,800 - $3,000 on their Photos/Collection purchase, although there are clients who spend as little as $500 or as much as $5,000.

Find me at the next event I do see what promotions or deals I am offering. Often times there is a discount for buying your session that day and likely a Spin the Wheel game or Giveaway. Keep up to date on where I'll be by signing up for my email list

Sign up for my Free VIP Membership for monthly coupons, special offers, and even credits toward a future purchase. Once you're a free member, you can sign up for a Paid Membership for even more discounts and credits towards purchases.

After you purchase a Collection, you can get a percentage off additional purchases for your session photos (such as wall art). 

There are payment plans available for almost everything. 

When you book your boudoir photography session online there are payment plan options at checkout. (generally split into 3 payments, one every 2 weeks).

Your photo product / Collection order can also be put on a payment plan. 1/4 down at the time of order. Payments are scheduled for monthly auto pay (unless a shorter time frame is requested) and must be a minimum of $100.  Maximum term is 12 months. 

There is no credit check and no interest added. This is an in-house payment plan directly with Goddess Mae Boudoir / Alicia Schroeder LLC.

Not unless you want them to!  

The only people who see your photos are myself, sometimes my part time editing assistant, and the professional printing lab that I use to produce your products. 

Sometimes I ask clients at the viewing if I can use a few select photos to brag about them in my private, ladies only Facebook VIP group or I may ask to use a few photos for advertising, but I only show things if the client agrees to it.

I will never show your photos to anyone else without your permission.
